At UniformsWala.com, we maintain strict quality checks at every level of production and dispatch. Hence, we follow a no return and no refund policy on all orders.

However, we stand by our commitment to product integrity. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer an exchange subject to the conditions below.

✅ Exchange Eligibility (Defective Items Only)

An item is eligible for exchange only if:

It is received in a defective or damaged condition
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
You provide clear photos/videos as proof of defect
The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact

⛔ Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchange requests in the following cases:

Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer
Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display
Custom embroidery, logo-printed, or personalized orders
General change of mind or order cancellation post dispatch

🔁 Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange for a defective item:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at

Share Order ID, photos/videos of the defect, and unboxing video (if available)
Upon approval, we will arrange for pickup and process the exchange within 7 working days

📦 Return Logistics

For approved exchanges, we will handle the return pickup and re-delivery at no additional cost.
If pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the product to our return address.
