1. 📦 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across Pan-India through our trusted logistics and courier partners. If your delivery location is outside standard coverage zones, our support team will reach out to coordinate alternate shipping arrangements.
2. 📅 Processing Time

Ready-stock orders:
Dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
3. 💸 Shipping Charges
- Shipping fee will be calculated at the time of Checkout.
4. 📍 Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email/SMS
- A tracking link to monitor delivery status in real-time
5. ❗ Delivery Delays
We are committed to timely deliveries. However, UniformsWala is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances. If you haven't received your order within the estimated time, please contact us.
6. 🔁 Delivery Attempt
Our courier partners usually make two delivery attempts. In case of failure:
- The parcel may be returned to origin (RTO)
- You may be charged for re-shipping
7. 🚫 Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure accurate shipping details. UniformsWala will not be responsible for:
- Incorrect/incomplete address entries
- Unavailability at the delivery location
- Orders returned due to non-responsiveness
In such cases, re-shipment will be arranged at additional shipping cost.
